Good morning! I've been a busy little bee this week, and have had a blast the whole time :D The project for today is a 2-parter, because there are a lot of variations to share with you!
This is probably one of the most simple projects you can do, and it only requires a few supplies.
Here's what you'll need:
Paper to print on (and a printer)
Glue stick
Bottle caps
Epoxy Stickers
Magnets
Krazy Glue or E6000 glue
1" circle punch
First, glue your magnets to the bottle caps. I used Krazy glue because it dries really quickly, but it also leaves a white film sometimes. E6000 takes overnight to really dry, but it doesn't leave the film. Entirely up to you. If you need to, you can use a clothespin to hold the magnet in place on the back of the bottle cap.
Next, print out the magnet printables onto your paper. I chose white and kraft paper card stock, but you could pretty much use anything.
Using your circle punch, cut out all the pictures.
Use your glue stick and put some glue on the back of the circle papers. Stick them into your bottle caps. Let glue dry.
Peel the epoxy stickers off the backing paper, making sure not to touch the sticky side (it will get your fingerprints on it). Just grab by the sides and drop into the bottle cap. Push down to adhere.
And you're done! Like I said, easy peasy, extra cheesy ;P
The printables for today are the Spiders, and Bats, and Snakes, Oh MY! Collection and the Apothecary Label Collection (images are from TheGraphicsFairy.com) and the Bugs Collection (images from Better Homes and Gardens)
Enjoy!! If you make some magnets, post the pictures below - I'd love to see what you come up with!
Like these but don't feel like taking the time to make them? Head on over to my Etsy shop and you can buy them there :D
