Mad Scientists like to experiment and create all kinds of creatures. But this one got out of its jar took up residence in the toilet tank ;)
I can't share the file because I just traced it from a picture I found on Pinterest, but you can find any sort of tentacle picture online and trace it. Or find a monster silhouette, hands, whatever you like and cut them out of removable vinyl. I just cleaned the toilet and stuck it on there with transfer paper.
